XLNT Idea, Inc now shipping Nexis DVD / CD Publishers with patent pending AutoCal™ robotic calibration feature
XLNT Idea Inc., a leading US Based manufacturer of DVD and CD Duplication, Printing, and Autoloader Publishing Systems, is now shipping the Nexis Publisher System with patent pending AutoCal™, a revolutionary technique that allows Nexis users to automatically calibrate the systems pick - and - place robotics. Featuring a single software operation included in XLNT Idea’s DiscWorks software application, AutoCal™ addresses the need for a simple and easy method of performing a previously complicated and involved calibration process required for most DVD / CD autoloader systems. Now any user can quickly calibrate the Nexis system during initial install and integration, and during any routine maintenance of the unit in the field, thus assuring its extended service life and performance. AutoCal™ is now included in every XLNT Idea product offering and will be featured in future products to be released.

XLNT Idea Inc., a leading US Based manufacturer of DVD and CD Duplication, Printing, and Autoloader Publishing Systems, is now offering a line of consumables that includes Inkjet print cartridges and Inkjet printable CD and DVD media. Featuring low price points and exceptional Hi Res print quality, XLNT Idea Inkjet print cartridges and media provide superior value to users of XLNT Idea systems. XLNT Idea print cartridges are a generic brand designed for the Lexmark engine embedded in XLNT idea solutions,and made to XLNT Idea specifications. The black and color cartridges are competitively priced at MSRP ‘s of $ 26.95 each respectively.

Featuring a unique software algorithm embedded in the system firmware, Natural Pick allows XLNT Idea systems to consistently pick and place DVD and CD media without mispicks or double picks, thus providing the most reliable automated robotic solutions available today. By automatically aligning the system picker head over the disc center, the picker arm automatically adjust itself horizontally to assure an accurate vertical pick axis. Natural Pick is now integrated into all XLNT Idea solutions shipping from their ISO 9001 manufacturing facilities in San Diego , Ca.
